Hi everyone!!! a week as past and this whole week God as really blessed me in the things i do, not just that, there are surprises around too.. the youth camp meeting turn out to be good and everything is on track... I noe that God is working behind the scene. i just wan to be a servant for Him... =)

Currently waiting for 2 important letter, one from NUS and the other from CNPB for me NS enlistment. =) just went online and submit my final sem result to NTU, happen to browse at NUS CCA club and came across this website http://www.everystudent.com/sg/index.html. pls take a look at it, after reading i believe that you will noe Jesus better.

The Jews therefore said to Him, "You are not yet fifty years old, and have You seen Abraham?" Jesus said to them, "Truly, truly, I say to you, before Abraham was born, I am." Therefore they picked up stones to throw at Him; but Jesus hid Himself, and went out of the temple. (John 8:57-59)

"I and the Father are one." The Jews took up stones again to stone Him. Jesus answered them, "I showed you many good works from the Father; for which of them are you stoning Me?" The Jews answered Him, "For a good work we do not stone You, but for blasphemy; and because You, being a man, make Yourself out to be God." (John 10:30-33)

And Jesus cried out and said, "He who believes in Me does not believe in Me, but in Him who sent Me. And he who beholds Me beholds the One who sent Me. I have come as light into the world, that everyone who believes in Me may not remain in darkness." (John 12:44-46)

And so when He had washed their feet, and taken His garments, and reclined at the table again, He said to them, "Do you know what I have done to you? You call Me Teacher and Lord; and you are right, for I am. If I then, the Lord and the Teacher, washed your feet, you also ought to wash one another's feet." (John 13:12-14)

Jesus said to him, "I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father, but through Me. If you had known Me, you would have known My Father also; from now on you know Him, and have seen Him." Philip said to Him, "Lord, show us the Father, and it is enough for us." Jesus said to him, "Have I been so long with you, and yet you have not come to know Me, Philip? He who has seen Me has seen the Father; how do you say, 'Show us the Father'?" (John 14:6-9)

Came bkk from prayer meeting =) feeling much lighter now after praying my hearts out to God... hahaha...

I noe that God have a theme for this youth camp, and He will fill us in ever more as time go by, let wait as all things go according to His time.=) All i need to do is to pray pray & pray.

But I Have a strong feeling that it gonna be a theme related to Know Jesus, which is what our theme for Blessed Grace Youth this year. I personally feel that i still dun noe my Jesus well enough and how can I noe him better, is to read and understand His Words. after reading and understand, I need to put them into practice in my daily life, most importantly, alway take our Lord, Jesus as our Role Model.

While reading Matthew i keep coming across the word, Parable " short allegorical story designed to illustrate or teach some truth, religious principle, or moral lesson." Jesus like to use short story to teach His people and He like to use the phase "I tell you the truth....". Somehow i feel that God is reviewing to us hidden things. this is what i saw in Matthew 13:35

So was fulfilled what was spoken through the prophet:

"I will open my mouth in parables,

I will utter things hidden since the creation of the world."

I was so so amazed by the teaching and what the world does is really different from the Bible teaching. haizzz something my thinking also too worldly also it's time for a change.

I read most of the verses while taking a bus to school and also to Church today. hahahaha

ok finally my laptop is alive again..... PDI exhibition is round the corner, thanks God that i am able to present my final year project during the exhibition.

Monday
today wroke up at 10.30am, and i noe alot of my friends got school and need to wake up at 6+ LOL .... =x Wait for IBM technician to change my laptop LCD and also hard disk, so my laptop is as good as new on the inside. hahahaha... make full use of the warranty i have.

went to school for freshman orientation camp meeting, finally alot things are done, just need to wait till Wednesday meeting with all the main comm member and the camp is ready to go..... God have help me alot in this events, most importantly is PDI project exhibition, namecard for all students are done waiting for brother Tan Lead to print, yearbook delay, but more or less done.
Thanks God, because i had been praying and ask God to help me as i am the overall in charge for the PDI yearbook 2009.... ya, things sometimes don't go well at time, lead to disagreement between friends and also affect our friendship, i really hard to work with ppl i know, moreover with a group of designers. Thanks God for His plan, as this major project is now hand over to a design company and therefore i am able to concentrate on my exam. God always have the best plan for us, we just need to follow and everything will be in place for us.

This morning when for 15 storey abseiling .... wonderful experience, abseil down a HDB flat hahahahha.... people were looking at us, some kids even say, 有人逃下去!!!! hahahaha....

after abseil when ECP meet up with Blessed Grace youth members..... have a fun time rite? thanks Andrew for organizing it. I learn how to roller blade hahahha.... 1st to fall !! aiyo so paiseh =P but overall it a fun time to see every1 enjoying themselves....

end of poly life =( & =)

3 years in poly finally come to an end, can't bear to left this nice and beautiful campus,=( ... those nice food in makan place, SIM food court.... WA!!!! will only make me more hungry. . . . Board games!!! Library bubble tea, Halo bar, GYM!!, PDI studio... !!!!!!!! and many more.....

Just want to Thanks God for the blessing He gave me in my 3 year in poly, friends and lecturers. i also thanks God in my studies that i am able to obtain good result for all the sem. as for this sem i got 3.875 for my GPA.... really want to thanks God for His grace!!!! He never forsake me. =)

Next is NS le.... cannot wait to get punishment in there !!!! SIAO rite!!!! LOL hahahha. ya , i really cannot wait to go NS now.... i wan get fitter in there,=P.... praying that i will be able to get into Diver unit. But is still God plan. no matter how things turn out to be, i believe that God have a better and greater plan for me, so don't worry after tomorrow =)

childlike faith

This is the first time I blog about my life to others, especially to Blessed Grace Youth. =) I want to share with everyone on how God impact my life in the past years and incidents. I pray that God will use my life story to Glorify His Name and i just want remind humble in life and also all the post I write.

Looking back in my past journey of life, I can say that it a very interesting and enriching journey as I learn to be more humble in life. Thanks God for everything He given to me, is by his grace I get those things I need in life. I will not say “those things I want but those things I need” which only God know them all.

Jasper’s hamster story

This happen in my primary school days, if I am not wrong I was only 10 years old, at that time a new breed of hamster is in town, known as Dwarf hamster (not sure whether is it according to it kind or not =P). I love pets, so I pray to have 2 cute dwarf hamsters, 1 male 1 female. I have faith that if I pray to God, mummy and daddy buy for me. Hahahaha

just because of the childlike faith in me at that young age, I know that God not just hear my prayer but He listen. Till now I always keep reminding myself of this story on Faith that God has given to me.

Luke 17:6 So the Lord said, "If you have faith as a mustard seed, you can say to this mulberry tree, `Be pulled up by the roots and be planted in the sea,' and it would obey you."

This story maybe very short and not interesting, but think again, about the childlike faith that God want us to have. While typing this, I also reflect on myself on the thing I done, sometime I just don’t have the faith to believe that I can trust my God who will hear all our prayer. But think again, God don’t just hear but he listen to us, He pick up our call whenever we call Him, He don’t missed call us, He don’t given us voice mail and say “get back to you later”. But whenever we pray, our Father in heaven, He listens to each and every word we pray.

Thanks God for every wonderful things He done in my Life.
